We represent only the finest childcare professionals — placing them with UHNW and VIP families who truly appreciate outstanding care. If you are exceptional, we want to hear from you.
Me&Nanny works exclusively with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, which means the roles we place are among the most rewarding — and best remunerated — in the industry.
We take the time to understand your experience, skills, and the type of family you work best with. We don't just send your CV to every vacancy — we match you carefully to roles where you'll genuinely thrive.

A minimum of two verifiable professional references from previous childcare employers, both immediately contactable.
Verified right to work documentation is required at the point of registration. International placements may have different requirements.
We never charge nannies a registration fee. Our service to candidates is completely free of charge at all times.
We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from nannies of all backgrounds, nationalities and experience levels, provided they meet our qualification and vetting standards.
If you hold international qualifications, please still apply — we assess all equivalent credentials on a case-by-case basis.
